Hi

I also use a big visible board instead of the original planning sheet, when running the XP game with more than one team I normally get a volunteer in the team to become the "client", he/she will also control dev time with the sand clock and run the acceptance criteria, this allows me to coach more than one team so I become an efficient observer and run effective retrospectives

An update.

This is a complex game and I suggest playing or facilitating with someone who has played it before. I did this with Yves Hanoulle in Oct 2009 and this was a great experience.

I have been playing the full version (180 minutes) with the original timing instructions - mostly just having someone play the role of product owner/customer and have the team pull work that they can commit to.
