It powerfully illustrates one of the concepts that I promote in my three part blog post &quot;Prioritizing for Profit&quot; - that the Product Manager *must* represent the roles of stakeholders. Don&#039;t forget to anthropomorphize the system so that it can be its own stakeholder. This powerful technique ensures you&#039;re investing in the architecture of the system for the future.
