Brene Brown – The Power of Vulnerability (video)

I can say without a doubt that this video change my life. It allowed me to explore who I am and set a path in motion for learning growth that has sustained me for over year to get a better sense of myself and who I am as a human being. It has allowed me to find my better self: to find self-kindness that was missing for much of my life. The video won’t do all that at once, but it will open a door. For me, I have been travelling this path for a little over a year now and am ready to tell my story.

If you are ready to explore what’s going on in your psyche and make changes in your own life, I encourage you to watch this to get a starting point on your own journey.

Mahatma Gandhi said “Be the change that you want to see in the world.”  If you want to make a difference in the world, you need to start with yourself.

Stay tuned for more posts on this topic. 🙂

There is someone I am deeply grateful to for introducing me to Brene Brown but I can’t remember who it is. So, thank you forgotten one.
